Parents work in partnership with the teachers to support their
childs experiences, discover new approaches to child rearing
and re-examine their established parenting patterns. Adults deserve
the same respect, guidance and caring from each other and from the
teacher as the children receive. At Cupertino Co-op Nursery School,
children as well as adults learn and grow together in an atmosphere
of appreciation and acceptance.
Parents have direct influence in shaping the school. It is the
hand in hand cooperation between the parents and the credentialed
teachers that determines the total program each year. Many cultures
and traditions are represented by our member families, thus exposing
the children at a very young age to various differences and similarities
between people.
Perhaps only during the precious preschool years will you be as
able to involve yourself in your childs education. To see
if our school is the right fit for your family, please come visit
our school. Ask questions of the current parents and observe the
children.
"I was thinking this morning that I wish Joshua could stay here for his entire education, it such a wonderful place." - Frances Meier
